2024 ERASMUS+ KA122-Working with learners from vulnerable backgrounds

Το διάστημα από 29 October to 4 November 2023, τρεις εκπαιδευτικοί του 2^ου ΓΕΛ Εχεδώρου παρακολουθήσαμε σεμινάριο, με τίτλο INCLUSIVE EDUCATION-Increase participation in Learning of Students with Different Backgrounds, στη Malaga της Ισπανίας, που διοργανώθηκε από τον πάροχο μαθημάτων εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων Plus Project European Academy.

Η μετακίνηση έγινε στο πλαίσιο του εγκεκριμένου ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος Erasmus+ ΚΑ1 Μαθησιακή Κινητικότητα Ατόμων με τίτλο: «Working with learners from vulnerable backgrounds» και κωδικό: «2022-1-EL01-KA122-SCH-000076316».

Στόχος μας ήταν η ενίσχυση των προσωπικών και κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων των εκπαιδευτικών, ώστε να λειτουργούν πιο αποτελεσματικά σε μη προνομιούχα, πολιτισμικά ανομοιογενή σχολικά περιβάλλοντα.

Και ο τρόπος που επιλέξαμε ήταν η εκπαίδευση σε διαφορετικές εναλλακτικές μεθόδους και προσεγγίσεις η οποία θα μας επιτρέψει να προσαρμόσουμε τη διδασκαλία μας στις ανάγκες των μαθητών από ευάλωτα υπόβαθρα, προκειμένου να προωθήσουμε την ένταξη, την ανεκτικότητα και τη διαφορετικότητα, με την εφαρμογή μεθόδων ενεργητικής μάθησης.

From October 29 to November 4, 2023, three teachers of the 2nd General High School of Ehedoros attended a seminar, entitled INCLUSIVE EDUCATION-Increase participation in Learning of Students with Different Backgrounds, in Malaga, Spain, organized by the adult education course provider Plus Project European Academy.

The mobility took place in the framework of the approved Erasmus+ KA1 European Programme for Learning Mobility of Individuals entitled: “Working with learners from vulnerable backgrounds” and code: «2022-1-EL01-KA122-SCH-000076316».

Our aim was to enhance the personal and social skills of teachers to work more effectively in underprivileged, culturally diverse school environments.

And the way we chose was training in different alternative methods and approaches, which would allow us to adapt our teaching to the needs of students from vulnerable backgrounds in order to promote inclusion, tolerance and diversity, by applying active learning methods.
