Invitation to the 14th Conference on Adolescence

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to 14η Ημερίδα για την Εφηβεία, which will take place on Σάββατο 7 December 2024 στο Κέντρο Διάδοσης Ερευνητικών Αποτελεσμάτων (ΚΕΔΕΑ) του ΑΠΘ. The conference is organized by the Graduate Studies Program (PMS) "Adolescent Medicine and Adolescent Health Care" of the Department of Medicine of the School of Health Sciences ΑΠΘ in collaboration with the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of AUTH PGNT AHEPA.

Τα issues of the 14th Conference on Adolescence are presented by excellent scientists and concern the new emerging morbidities related to the lifestyle of adolescents, such as auditory trauma, noise-induced hearing loss, digital eye strain, scoliosis and neck pain. The keynote speech of the conference will develop the impact of Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence, AI) to teenagers. Finally, the most common social issues that "suffer" today's teenagers will be developed: social networks, violence, peer pressure, intimidation, alcohol, academic problems and depression.

The 14th Conference on Adolescence addressedi to pediatricians, general practitioners, pediatric and general medicine specialists, nurses, other health professionals as well as psychologists, εκπαιδευτικούς, students but also every scientist dealing with the adolescent. The entrance is ελεύθερη.
